- The new CFB polls are out...and USC is on top....as they should be...any time you go 3,000 miles from home and play a BCS-conference opponent and win by 45....I'm impressed...even if Virginia isn't very good...Georgia is in a bit of turmoil...losing another big time lineman for the year (this time DT Jeff Owens) and Ohio State has its own big problem with the foot of Beanie Wells....Interesting times at the top...
- Cliff Lee is out of control....20-2 with 20 wins on a team with only 66 total wins....I don't care how bad his team is...he's the Cy Young winner in the AL....no question...

- Man, that UCLA comeback was something serious.....but people that are completely down on Tennessee now should think twice....try going all the way to the West Coast for your opener with no tune-up and playing a game Pac-10 squad....
