Wow...Pau to LA?

Yahoo reporting Pau Gasol to the lakers for Kwame Brown, Javaris Crittendon and 1st rounders in 08 and '10.....If this is true, the Lakers may become the frontrunner in the west (once Bynum is back).....my question is why the hell would memphis want crittendon (who's clearly the main piece here) when they have conley and lowry?
